MY jailbroken firestick was working great until it change to an up graded program on its own. Now when ever I click on a app it stays put for about 2 or 3 min then switch back to screen showing amazon firestick and start all over again. It is doing this constantly now has something gone wrong with the remote? I want to order a new one but only had this one for 2 years.

The directions were pretty straightforward, but I still had no idea how to actually use the apps so I did what everyone does (should) and went to YouTube. So many videos from lots of people on how to use the apps. My kids were so exited that we didn’t even have to leave the house to watch stuff that’s in the theater now! Will buy more for the other TVs when we move!

So far, love my new 4K Firestick. All of the Apps work great. However, still trying to figure out all of the Kodi stuff. There are so many Add-ons that they won't all fit if I download all of them. I got a lot more to explore in terms of using the stick, but I am glad I made the jump. Would definitely recommend to others...

I love this device. I hate this device. OK, now that's out of the way. I actually loved the Fire Stick TV 4K so much when I saw it that I bought 3 of them for throughout my house, with the intent to cut the cord, so to speak. It's fast, responsive, and the picture quality is amazing, even on a non-4K HDTV. But there's a very serious problem, I can't stop using it and it's hard for me to get work done..

I love my unlocked fire stick the only problem I have with it is the Kodi app has never worked. Ive tried everything but it just keeps closing out every time I try to start the app. All other pre-installed apps work great.

I love my fire stick fully loaded when they say you do not need to buy Cable again they mean it !!! All the shows I watched on Cable I am now watching on my fire stick !! The movies are fantastic I do not need to go to the theater I can sit in my living room and watch all the latest movies it is great !!. And I would like to know that the customer service at Jailbroken Media was excellent to me and deserve five stars I was new to the fire stick they helped me through it could not be more happier

I never write reviews, but I had to give these guys their due. Their advertisement is absolutely the truth. Excellent product and outstanding support. I purchased another one from somewhere else. This product is superior to the other. With the other product I had to purchase Sling to get MSNBC but with WireWire Web I get it for free. You get everything for free. As a result, I am purchasing another one for my bedroom. I am elated with this Fire Stick.
